Shipping & Returns

  1. Local deliveries within Singapore only, including Sentosa island and Tuas.
  2. No delivery to restricted entry areas such as Changi Airport, Jurong Island and all military camps.
  3.  Self collection or pick-up is not allowed at the moment.
  4.  Standard shipping fee of $5 applies per order, per location. If you wish to deliver items to 2 or more locations, kindly place 2 or more separate orders.
  5. Orders placed on a Friday will be picked up by our courier partner on the next business day. 
  6. Standard delivery timings via Ninjavan are between 9am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday, except Sundays, eve of PH and PH.
  7. As the delivery is handled by a third-party logistics provider, we do not have direct control over their delivery schedule and are unable to provide delivery at a specific timing or date, nor are we able to expedite the delivery.
  8. FREE SHIPPING for all orders of $60 and above. 
  9. Typically, orders will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. 
  10. The delivery process may vary depending on various factors, including the shipping address and the current volume of orders handled by the third-party logistics provider. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we kindly ask for your understanding that specific delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
  11. Customers are encouraged to provide any specific delivery instructions under the "notes" section during checkout. While our third-party courier partners strive to accommodate these instructions, please note that they may not always be able to follow them due to their operational constraints and timelines.
  12.  Any changes to the delivery address should be promptly notified to our WhatsApp (9662 6610) during our business hours for smooth processing. We will not be responsible for any misdelivered parcels or changes made after courier pickup.
  13. In the event of a failed delivery and the parcel is returned to us, we offer the option for a redelivery of the order. A separate payment of $4.50 will be required for the redelivery service. Payment is to be paid to our PayNow account. Payment must be verified before redelivery is arranged.
  14. Buyers are advised to verify and ensure the accuracy of their shipping details during purchase. We will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels due to inaccuracies or omissions in the provided information.

 

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

1. We apologise that we are unable to ship internationally during this time. Please do not check out your cart if you have entered a delivery address outside of Singapore.

2. We reserve the right to retain any payment gateway fees incurred, in the event you have made payment for delivery outside of Singapore and require a refund. Only a partial refund will be provided.

 

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Product refunds, returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Please contact us if you wish to refund, return or exchange your order within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Kindly reach out to us via the following channels:

3. We reserve the right not to entertain refund, return or exchange requests if:

- you have failed to inform us of your request within 3 days of receiving the parcel,

- the product seal has been damaged the product has been opened and used

- the returned product is not in its original condition

4. We reserve the right to retain any payment gateway fees incurred for credit card refunds if:

- you return the product due to a change of mind

- you ordered the wrong product 

- you provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and wish to cancel the order for a refund

- parcel delivery was unsuccessful and you wish to cancel the order for a refund

5. For returns and exchanges, you may be required to bear the additional shipping charges.

6. Kindly note that for orders that have been refunded or returned, we are unable to refund any vouchers or reward points that have been used during the initial purchase.

7. The refund will only be issued after the returned item has been received and verified that it is in good, original condition.
